Natalia is a Principal at Pramana Collective, a strategic advisory firm. Throughout her career, Natalia has built expertise in strategic communications, partnerships, business development, and event activations. She has over eight years of experience working at the intersection of media, technology and government, with experience in non-profits, start-ups and Fortune 100 companies.
At Univision, Natalia served as Director of Special Projects, where she was responsible for driving large, cross-company initiatives to raise awareness in key demographics and drive engagement. Her role at Brunswick Group focused on advising Fortune 100 brands on issues management and corporate reputation, while her experience at HotelTonight was focused on developing demand-side strategies to acquire users and raise product awareness and engagement in new markets.
In addition to her professional journey, on her time off Natalia is a key advisor to several non-profits and organizations, including Latinas in Tech and GMA Village. She is passionate about closing the gender equity gap, helping Latinas thrive, and doing her part to support the communities around her. She is Colombian born and raised, fluent in Spanish, and proficient in French and Portuguese.
