Facebook: Discover Production Engineering Program.
This is a 12-month paid opportunity designed to support those interested in both software and systems engineering. Engineers in the program are assigned a team that are on the cutting edge of software development. Each engineer’s growth is supported by a manager, a mentor, as well as their team and the broader organization throughout the program. At the end of the program, those who have demonstrated their abilities to succeed and have an impact in PE, will be considered for a full-time position as a Production Engineer.
The Program is expanding in 2020 across 3 Facebook locations: Menlo Park, Seattle, NYC. For qualified candidates that accept the DPE Program offer, relocation assistance will be offered to those living in the United States.

Our friends at HP reached out with an amazing resource: HP LIFE. This resource is great for our Latinas, the best part is that courses are offered in English, Spanish, and Portuguese!
HP LIFE is a global online program providing business and IT skills training free of charge to people all over the world. HP LIFE is a program of the HP Foundation. The self-paced courses and online community are designed to help users develop business and IT skills in their own time and at their own pace. The courses are modular, interactive, and full of information and practical exercises that enable users to grow their business skills. The courses range from Starting a small business, raising capital, marketing to design thinking.

Onramp x Pandora:
Onramp is partnering with Pandora to build out an iOS Apprenticeship program for aspiring software engineers. The program is designed to recruit and train people from non-traditional backgrounds and is a great opportunity for anyone who's interested in iOS.
