As the Director, Product Marketing you will lead outbound product marketing, strategic planning and sales enablement for Honeywell Forge for Connected Buildings. Honeywell Forge for Connected Buildings is an enterprise-level, cloud-based software suite for enabling customers digital transformation, efficient operations and maximizing the value of assets in their buildings. In this role you will partner closely with senior leadership, product management, customer marketing and sales to ensure our products meet customer expectations and have compelling, accurate marketing content. You will play a key role in the development of a go-to-market strategy that drives demand.


Co-creation of product strategy by coordinating across disciplines, incorporating market, customer, financial and competitive analysis
Develop product positioning that corresponds to buyer needs.
Develop value story messaging that differentiates our products in the market
Partner closely with sales to develop go-to-market strategy
Conducting competitive research
Documentation of customer case studies
Win/loss performance analysis
Create and manage customer advisory boards (CABs)
Assist leadership in coordinating overall strategy & planning activities, including one-year and three-year strategic plans
Lead and grow a team of product management and/or product marketing professionals


Bachelor’s Degree
12+ years of overall experience with in-depth exposure to software systems
5+ years of people management experience


Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline preferred
Master’s degree preferred
Proven track record of leading key product areas and driving market adoption in a profitable manner
Strong English language verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience in a related role in another enterprise software company or enterprise systems integration company
Technical product management and/or business analyst experience
Working knowledge of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and cloud computing
Experience with buildings systems is preferred but not required
Ability to quickly identify patterns among problems & issues
Ability to make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis
Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues
Result-driven project-management skills for planning and execution
