In this role, you will serve as Procurement Director – NPI Hardware, Networks & Edge for Honeywell’s Connected Enterprise (HCE), our software and connectivity business group based in Atlanta, GA, as we gain traction to be a leader in the IoT industry. HCE is building and connecting software and hardware solutions to streamline and centralize the assets, people and processes, translating into smarter, safer, more efficient business decisions for our customers. In this role you will lead sourcing and procurement for (i) our new product development (NPI) hardware programs (including Aerospace cabin and cockpit connectivity offerings such as JetWave and Aspire); (ii) network and communications (including satellite and Air to ground communication networks); and (iii) edge and IOT hardware for Honeywell Forge, our Enterprise Performance Management software.

Core Job Duties:

Drive supply base management including data segmentation, define sourcing strategies and metrics, identify vendors and develop and execute action plans to ensure the right economics, performance and risk
Execute complex new NPI contracts as part of the product development lifecycle including integrating supply base strategy into product roadmaps, vendor identification, RFPs, contract negotiation, functional alignment and risk review
Consistently deliver year-over-year productivity, payment term and price improvements.
Continuously improve and develop procurement processes, tools and metrics to enable speed and risk control
Lead, grow and develop a team of highly skilled procurement professionals


Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance
10 years of experience in technology procurement
Experience in executing supply base management strategies
Strong negotiation skills, fluent in drafting contract terms and conditions and a strong technical understanding and background procurement



Lean or Blackbelt certification a plus
Master of Business Administration
Previous Aerospace ISC experience highly desirable
Technical background with experience in Aerospace industry, networks and/or engineering
High motivation with boundless energy to get stuff done
Desire to innovate, disrupt and challenge the status quo
