Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) has an excellent opportunity for a Connected Buildings Contracts and Orders Manager, based in Atlanta, GA. The position reports to the Connected Buildings Director of Deal Desk & PMO. The Contracts and Orders Manager is responsible for leading key initiatives to improve the function and efficiency of sales booking process, from sales negotiation through order booked in the Honeywell ERP system. As a member of the Sales Support team, you will partner with the Global Legal and Sales teams to ensure the legal documents and new booking orders are processed correctly in a timely fashion, leading to rapid project deployments and satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the Sales team and general counsel to enforce legal standards on new sales contracts.
Act as a functional contract and orders SME as the liaison between the sales team, legal and the internal deployment teams.
Communicating with internal departments to ensure accurate, rapid order booking in Honeywell’s ERP system upon order receipt.
Help monitor the current process and tools in place, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Proactively communicates to resolve discrepancies of data between the parties to ensure timely order entries.
Examine purchase orders for clear expectations, financial terms and delivery terms to input necessary data into Honeywell ERP system.
Identifies and escalates gaps in company and customer ordering information with appropriate level of urgency.

YOU MUST HAVE
HS Diploma or GED
7+ years of experience leading, managing and delivering contract documents, new orders or projects as a direct support to a sales team
7+ years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, Finance, Sales Operations or contract management experience preferred

WE VALUE
A Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in Direct and Channel Sales model is highly desirable
Prior sales support, finance or contracts experience is a plus
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, advanced level preferred for Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent English. Other languages preferred
Experience working with SFDC CPQ and other sales related systems including data enrichment tools preferred
Detail oriented, results focused energetic professional who is a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
