GoHealth is looking to grow by 35% this year in 2020! We spent time in 2019 laying the groundwork to scale by rolling out Agile Recruiting and a new ATS, Greenhouse. We are ready to rock and roll! Our HR team has tripled in the past 2 years and so we are adding a new Manager of Talent Acquisition to oversee our vision and delivery on our goals. Who would this role be right for?   • Oversee a team of recruiters and sourcers responsible for recruitment of our corporate departments; Technology, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, Business Development
  • Develop, motivate and lead the team through acting as strategic hiring partners to the business
  • Assist with, and take on high level/difficult to fill recruiting roles within the organization; executive searches, difficult to fill technical roles etc
  • Building/monitoring innovative and proactive success metrics, processes, and reporting for Talent Acquisition at the company
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to ensure the company stays ahead of staffing trends and industry changes
  • Coach and manage through problem solving and solutioning, and providing guidance on day to day challenges
  • Set strategy for, select and manage over external search partnerships
  • Continue the build out of GoHealth’s TA Center of Excellence strategy road-map
  • Additional opportunities as assigned

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field and/or applicable equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience coupled with 7+ years in an HR/recruiting capacity
  • Influential at all levels of the organization; excellent interpersonal and public-facing communication skills, with the ability to style-flex as needed to communicate with all levels inside and outside the company
  • Must be diligent, proactive and creative in approach to our business and recruiting
  • Our tech stack includes (not limited too) Greenhouse, Tableau, LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Neuron with plans to implement more in Q2; will lead up implementations, experience in tools preferred but not required
